Frankly, I’m amazed at this. Sure it’s nice that some people may be willing to consider eating less meat, but – ???? First of all, I would, because of my love for animals, my wish to spare the environment and to protect my own health, eat a completely vegan diet even if I didn’t think it tasted great. However, I really do. Meat-eaters may not believe me but I do love vegetables and other non-animal products. Sure I have a number of things, mainly spices that I can’t stand (celery, garlic, ginger, buckwheat, cardamom, cumin, rosemary, parsley, dill, coffee and liquorice). Other than that, I can honestly say that I either love or at least like most non-animal products. What’s not to like? What’s so different about a meat-eater’s palate that they hate all the things that I love? Weird. Could it be smoking? Or the actual meat-eating?
