230 g wheat flour
130 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp bicarbonate
100 g margarine
100 ml single cream
100 ml milk
50 ml syrup
1 tbsp lingonberry jam
margarine + bread crumbs for the pan
- Preheat the oven to 175?c.
- Grease the pan (1 1/2 litre) and coat with breadcrum.
- Mix the dry ingredients. Melt the margarine. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Don’t beat it, just stir it so it mix well. Spread the batter in the pan.
- Bake it in the lower part of the oven for 40-50 minutes.
