Workmen… We’ve had such problems with workmen. First they don’t want to work for us at all. Then, when you can get one to come, they don’t want to do what you ask them to, and above all, once they’ve finally started, they don’t want to stop. In the end, they’ve gone far beyond the budget you have, and suddenly they want to get paid right away, the whole sum, after dragging out the job for several years. Charming. The next time I need a workman, I’ll get the training myself. It’s going to be cheaper, simpler and quicker. 😉
